Warnemuender Kirche

The previous church, built at the old Strom in the 13th-century, was destroyed through wars in the 15th and 16th-centuries.

Thus, between 1866 and 1871, the present Warnemünder church was constructed after a design by the state master builder. The builder was the state master builder Wachenhusen.

Altar, pulpit and other parts of the previous church were taken and integrated. The present organ was built by the company Voigt from Liebenwerda in 1975. It has over 1500 pipes.
