From the Funkerberg in Könings Wusterhausen, only a few kilometres linear distance from  Mittenwalde broadcasted the main station of the German Reich's post a Christmas concert live. From then followed regularly the popular Sunday concerts from KW, which were not only received by official places and by a great number of unlicensed listeners but also by radio enthusiasts from the neighbouring foreign countries.
