The Bonner Minster is one of the most important Christian cultural monuments in the Rhineland. Well worth seeing is most of all its cloister. the foundations are nearly 100 years old, but the history of this holy place goes back to Antiquity. Since 691, people make a pilgrimage to the graves of the Christian martyrs, which are still worshipped as Bonn's city patrons, today.
Open guided tours through the Bonner Minster take place always on Saturday afternoons at 3pm. Starting at the Münster-Information, the discovery tour through the holy place takes 55 minutes. The 900 year old cloister is also part of this special time travel. The open guided tours are offered by the Bonner Münster-Foundation.
