In Weißenberg is Europe's only technical Museum of the gingerbread craft situated.  - The listed "Alte Pfefferküchlerei" from the 17th century exhibits the life and work in a Fachwerkständerhaus as well as the history of the gingerbread craft.



The museum was bestowed in 1992 the EUROPA-NOSTRA-Award for the preservation of architectonical heritage in Europe.

The special exhibition New Years Baking takes place during Christmas time.
