The Waterfront Bremen is a shopping and leisure centre, which is situated at a 1.000 metres long promenade directly along the river Weser. The Waterfront's operating companies are the LNC Property Group with seat in Dublin, Ireland, as well as the Resolution Property in London, England. According to its name and location, a nice fresh breeze is always blowing through and around the Waterfront:
shopping, feasting, cinema and events take care of a good mood here all year round.

The centre was opened as in September 2008 and has over 90 shops, offering unique shopping options ranging from fashion, shoes, accessories and beauty to sports equipment and electrical appliances.

Many brand-shops like Tommy Hilfiger, G-Star Raw, Adidas Neo and Desigual as well as the selection of brand, which are not very often available in Germany like PRIMARK, One Green Elephant, Blue Tomato and VILA distinguish the shopping and leisure centre at the Weser.

In addition, the electronics store Media Markt offers its range on around 3.000 square metres.

Another highlight is the expansive Food Court with 15 different Gastro-offers. Here, national league football matches of the SV Werder Bremen are being broadcast live on a 25 square metres large Q LCD-screen.

Entertainment is offered by the state-of-the-art CINESPACE Multiplex cinema with eleven theatres, which use the new 3D-technique. The event hall Pier 2 is situated in close proximity to the Waterfront.

On the site is also the Innside Bremen situated. The four-star hotel offers 162 generous living studios & suites as well as very modern meeting places for business customers.

Visitors are able to use the 4.000 free-of-charge large car park directly adjacent at the centre. 1.400 of these are situated in the underground car park beneath the shopping mall. The tram line 3 stops right in front of the centre. the stop is called 'Use Akschen'.
