The top-points on Bad Segeberg's sightseeing and experience list are widely-known: Kalkberg and Kalkberg cave, the time-honoured church St. Marien, Noctalis – the adventure exhibition the world of bats, the local museum in the Old-Segeberger middle-class house from 1606, the Karl-May-Plays, the traditional riding events at the county showground, the urban Kunsthalle Otto Flath.
There are further less »obvious« sights. Like for example on three quarter height at the Kalkberg, the water tower. It is in its »classic« form a real eye-catcher from the »olden days«.
