It is the club railway friends Mittelholstein's goal to make historic valuable equipment, facilities and vehicles of the railway open to the public. Thus, one finds on the 12.000 sqm large terrain, the railway station, built in 1775, with its furnishings, but also uniforms, caps and models. One of the gems is the small locomotive, built in 1936, as well as a field mission railcar, built as an individual piece in 1953.
Further interesting sights are a signal garden, 6 former construction-towing vehicles, inclusive of a inclusive of a buffet car for the provision of food and drink for guests during exhibitions.
A track, around 300 metres long can be driven on with a bicycle-trolley and a hand lever rail trolley.
