The joint community Aue is located centrally in the triangle Hanover, Hamburg and Berlin in the beautiful heather region Uelzen. Member of the joint community is the market town Bad Bodenteich as well as the communities Lüder, Soltendieck and Wrestedt.
Discover our lovely joint community for example by bicycle as there are wonderful well-developed cycle-hiking-paths. If you prefer to hike you'll find diverse possibilities to hike through the charming landscape. It is a step faster on the Nordic walking paths, which are sign-posted in the whole community area.

A jewel in the still young joint community Aue is the Kneipp and climatic spa Bad Bodenteich. Amidst meadows, forests and heathland you have the best conditions for health and relaxation. The 'Kurpark at the lake' invites active recreation and cosy rests for all generations. At the castle area history becomes alive. Many events are popular with visitor from near and far.
