Our computer borrowing runs since the 06.03.2007. Apart from books it is now possible to also borrow cassettes for adults and children as well as games, CD's, DVD's audio books and CD-ROM's.
Events
The community library Oyten is a also a place for changing events as for example school holiday programme for children, picture book cinema, school class guided tours, games afternoons for senior citizens and readings. The community library offers schools numerous activities. Books not yet available here will be regularly newly purchased. A free-of-charge Internet-workstation for community library user is available your own researches.
The library members' card is available by presentation of a valid ID card. You can also fill in an application form and hand it in directly at the library and get your new members' card there and then. When enrolling children or youngsters under the age of 16 we also need the agreement of the parents or legal representative.
Lending period/inventory
The lending period for all media is three weeks. We have for you novels among them current bestsellers of course, non-fiction books, foreign language literature, reference books, children's and young people's books, games, adult audio books, Internet access, CD's, DVD's and CD-ROM's.
