A special support in the area reading capability and media competence is on offer for the partners of education facilities like day-care centres, schools and leisure facilities.

The city library offers the following services:

- Personal consultations and assistance searching for the wanted media. 

- Age specific and individual guided tours through the library (dates by arrangement)

- Compiling of media boxes for further theme orientated and educational usage in lessons or in projects 

- Book readings, fairytale hours and quiz events
