Guided tours through the historical monastry grounds of Riesa.
Every year guided tours take place in the historical monastry grounds. Between the 15th May and the 15th October citizen of Riesa, guests and tourists experience, with expert guidance, many interesting issues regarding the history of the monastery grounds, Benedictine monks and nuns as well as the reconstruction and the today's usage of the historical buildings. 

Four guided tours per week are offered:

They will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 06:00 pm as well as on Saturday and Sunday at 04:00 pm.

The meeting point is in front of the town hall.
We kindly ask you to appear a few minutes before at the town hall. A guided tours for about 20 people will last about one hour.
The cost are € 4.00 per person, € 2.00 for students, pupils and the disabled. Children under the age of 12 year can participate free of charge.

The guided tours are a joint project of the RIESA INFORMATION and the museum association Riesa e.V.
