In the year 1410, the Knights of the Cross Monastery was built in the farming community Osterberg, which played an important role in the life of the community for over 200 years. Today, there is hardly anything to recognise of the old monastery buildings (ground monument). Left to posterity is only a capital from the Osterberger Klosterkirche, which is kept in the Osterberger Schützenhaus. The historical monument 'Hofanlage Im Kloster 6', built on the ruin of the former friary, stems from the 18th century.
