You can enjoy big concerts, comedy, parties and other events in the unique ambiance of an industry and harbour landscape - a hall plus large outdoor area and it's own ferry terminal.

The hall, with the second installed level and large balcony - offers a beautiful view over the harbour area and the river Weser - and can be designed totally according to your ideas. Apart from permanently installed gastronomy in the annexe, the container, furnished with the most modern gastronomic furniture, you have the freedom with seatings and hospitality and you also have the option to divide the space according to your needs. The stage - if it is needed - can be reached directly by lorries and thus loading and unloading of structure becomes a piece of cake. Should all of the hall surface on one level be needed, the stage just disappears. You have something very heavy to carry? Just use our forklift or the gantry crane and everything is easy! A large car park is just 350m away. A tram stop, which runs every 10 minutes during rush hour can be reached in less than 5 minutes by foot.
