Do you know the call of the black woodpecker? Do you know that dead wood is full of life? Have you ever examined the forest floor with all its roots and crawlers closely?
Children, youngsters and adult live today a long way away from nature. Even though the forest plays globally an important role in the mid of people as for example as an oxygen provider, but the existential connection in particular to the forest has long been lost.
This connection tries the ErlebnisWald Trappenkamp as Forest Education Centre of the state forestry commission Schleswig-Holstein to re-establish.
