The Hölting mill

On the headland between the Dortmund-Ems-canal and the Hase is the Hölting mill situated. The mill, probably built in 1639, was bought by the Hölting-Bürgerschützenverein from a miller in Bockhorn (East-Frisian), dismantled by members of the society, shipped and reconstructed at this place in the year 1959/60.
