Palace Hundisburg near Haldensleben in Saxony-Anhalt was first mentioned in 1140 and was during the Middle Ages a strong frontier post of the archbishopric Magdeburg. Already in the middle of the 16th century was the castle turned into a renaissance palace. The Hundisburg has outstanding value as Saxony-Anhalt's most rural baroque palace.
The valuation can be transferred without hesitation to the baroque garden. Designed in the beginning of the 19th century enriches the landscaped garden the whole ensemble for a history phase and is considered as the third biggest facility of its kind in Saxony-Anhalt.
