OutDoor - Fair in Friedrichshafen at the Lake Constance

At the OutDoor one could see the whole economic power of nature sports: The product choices reach from functional clothing, to shoes and knapsacks to tents, climbing helmets and collapsible sticks. In addition it showed at Lake Constance that OutDoor is attitude to life and lifestyle. 'The fair is emotional, authentic, based on partnership – terrific as always!', was the summary by Deuter-Chief Bernd Kullmann.


It's leading rating as congress fair underlines the OutDoor 2012 with more than 100 fair-accompanying conferences, seminars and workshops. These meetings held by international renowned organisers were attended by branch representatives from all business areas of nature sports.

The OutDoor was again a media event. 1 019 media representatives from 28 countries informed in word, picture and tone of the events happening in  Friedrichshafen and ensured with their reports for worldwide publicity.

The trade visitors survey underlines the internationality of the OutDoor: 67 percent of the trade visitors travelled from abroad to Friedrichshafen. The significance of a fair visit at Lake Constance rated 86 percent as very important and important. The economic situation of the outdoor-area rate 43 percent with an upward and 39 percent with steady trend. 85 percent of the guests knew already at the end of the fair that they will definitely visit the 20. OutDoor. This anniversary event takes place from the 11th to 14th July 2013.
