Late gothic and only simultaneous church of East-Germany, furnished with valuable sculpture works and wood-carvings.

The crucifix stems from Balthasar Permoser from the year 1714, the altarpiece from Antonio Pellegrini.

The cathedral is open

Monday to Saturday
10am - 4pm

and from

May to October
Monday to Saturday
10am - 3pm.
