A special landmark of Eibau is the Faktoren farm estate built in country Baroque.
The Faktoren estate is a three-sided farm yard from the early 18th-century with manor house, barn and stable. The manor house has a timbered log cabin at the ground floor. There the tourist information "Spreequellland" is situated as well as the registry office. The residential building was built around 1717. The anchor on the cap stone and the Delft motif at the main room of the top floor are indications of the owner's trading connections with overseas.
Today the former barn houses a restaurant that spoils it's guest with the typical Oberlausitz cuisine in a historical ambiance. Different events take place in and around the Faktoren farm estate in the course of a year.
