Bad Orb Martin-Luther-Church

The Martin-Luther-Church was constructed in neo-Gothic style in 1902 - 1903. The last empress Auguste Victoria donated an altar bible with a personal hand-written dedication at the inauguration of the church.

Bad Orb St. Martin's-Church

The St. Martin's-Church, as it looks today, was again inaugurated in December 1985. Originally it was a Gothic hall church from the 14th-century. The large tower was once part of the town fortification.

Biebergemünd-Bieber Laurentius Church

Looking at the construction style the 'Lutheran parish church' on the graveyard the church was probably built as fortified church with nave, vestry and simple slit embrasures on the defence tower in the 12th-century.

Birstein Protestant Church

The new Protestant church in Birstein was inaugurated on the 9. April 1914 shortly before the 1st World War. Newly constructed in Art Nouveau style took the church the place of the Baroque antecessor, which was completely destroyed by a fire in 1913. That church was built in 1701.
