Bremen House of History in the Schnoor

The Bremen House of History is situated in one of the oldest and most interesting quarters of the Hanseatic city, in the beautiful Schnoor. In the historical backdrop of the St. Jacobus-Packhaus, Bremen's town history is being lively and exhilarating presented in bespoke costumes for everybody, whether big or small.

'Let yourself be mesmerised by Bremen's thrilling history and our authentic 'Bremer Originals'. You are encouraged to wonder, laugh, shiver and of course take part. This project is being supported with funds of the European Social Fund (ESF), the Senator for Work, Women, Health, Youth and Social Affairs of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, as well as the Bremer Committee for Integration and Socials Issues (BAgIS). It enables the long-term unemployed to establish a normal working routine once again.'
