Baltic Sea spa resort Gluecksburg


The town of Glücksburg is situated in the north of Germany at the Baltic Sea. One can find beaches, small bays and craggy bluffs and lots more. An extensive picture gallery, the romantic palace chapel and the richly furnished treasure chamber are ideal for sightseeing. In the park of the palace is the Rosarium, where during summer a colourful copious blooming rose grandeur can be admired.

Sailing on the Flensburger Fjord is especially good. The oldest and biggest sailing school Germany's has its position in Glücksburg. The hanseatic yacht school, which belongs to the German high sea sports organisation 'Hansa' e.V., is known for quality training. The sailing school's good name brings guest from all nations to Glücksburg.

Glücksburg is an approved spa resort since 1949. The Glücksburger spa house with seawater swimming pool and sauna is one of the most modern of its kind at the Baltic Sea. The all year round open spa house is ideal for open bathing regimen and ambulant treatments.
