In this biological facility one can admire the species-rich world of North Sea animals and plants. In 34 different sized show aquariums the underwater landscape has been recreated true to nature.

Adventure under water
Sharks, mackerels and sturgeons can be watched especially impressively in the two Arena pools. Seals are in the outdoor seal pool.

Research
for selected biological topics for example current North Sea environmental problems changing exhibition are being offered. The aquarium is also available for research purposes.
